To use a Kettlebell safely & effectively you need to learn the hip hinge…..An optimal hip hinge will help you become strong & stable in sport, exercise, & everyday life.
It is a fundamental movement pattern & the safest way to pick anything up from the floor, whether it’s a pair of socks, a kettlebell, or a barbell.
Be patient on patterning the hinge. It helps build a strong & resilient body, protects your lower back from injury, & is your key to achieving a powerful kettlebell swing or barbell deadlift.
