We’re often asked how we’re different to physios, chiropractors, osteopaths or other physical therapists.
Our ICE therapy is based on movement, not medicine. If your skeleton is misaligned a skilled chiro or osteo will be able to correct it; if you’re suffering tendinitis a good physio will reduce the inflammation. We’re not competing with their aims – ours is to improve the quality of movement so your skeleton is no longer pulled out of alignment or your tendons don’t become inflamed in the first place.
