For many people exercise classes have come to mean standing a the back of a crowded room, wondering why they seem to be the only person who doesnt know what’s going on.
Think again. Our classes are more like hands-on workshops with a guaranteed small group size so expert advice is always to hand. Here’s the menu:

A kettlebell class in full flow
Kettlebells have been around for centuries, building athletic physiques & munching fat. They worked then & they work now. Cut through the hype & learn to use them properly, safely & effectively with the area’s only RKC instructors.
Benefits:
- Increased strength without increase of mass – kettlebell exercisers are lean and toned, not bulky – a benefit for women and men alike.
