Weekly private & confidential weigh in plus monthly measurements to show your progress (HINT – real success isn’t just about the scales!).
We understand how difficult it can be to change habits & to adopt and embrace new ways of thinking, so we provide a comfortable environment, support, advice, motivation & guidance. Your eating plan will be tailored to you, not one size fits all.
Each 75 minute session includes a calorie-torching workout, then weigh-in, followed by an informative discussion about foods to avoid, must-have recipes, additives, preservatives etc. We will teach you the secrets of reading food labels, not falling for food marketing tricks & how to enjoy eating at restaurants but not over indulge. We’ll also answer any questions you may have, sharing handy tips & ideas with everyone. You can even track your workout & activity plus access all the healthy recipes & articles online as well.

Ready to get started? Come along on Saturdays at 0930 and/or Tuesdays at 1000. Enjoy one session per week for £50 a month or two per week for £80.
