Instead we use a variety of simple tools, starting with the most important, the body itself. Only once you’ve learned the strength & coordination to move the body well do we add resistance to make it harder. Whether you find yourself hoisting a sandbag, swinging a kettlebell, waving ropes or lifting bars we never lose sight that the goal is quality movement.
The human body is a wonderful design, but it doesn’t come with a manual; by learning to move freely everyone can unlock their performance potential.
