Our experience in the fitness industry has taught us that most modern systems of exercise are misguided, leaving their followers injured & ill-prepared for movement. We believe the static weights & cardio machines in most gyms are fundamentally flawed.

Instead we use a variety of simple tools, starting with the most important, the body itself.  Only once you’ve learned the strength & coordination to move the body well do we add resistance to make it harder. Whether you find yourself hoisting a sandbag, swinging a kettlebell, waving ropes or lifting bars we never lose sight that the goal is quality movement.

The human body is a wonderful design, but it doesn’t come with a manual; by learning to move freely everyone can unlock their performance potential.

With backgrounds in a wide range of disciplines, we offer the rare combination of performance & rehabilitation skills under one roof. This means we are not only able to treat injuries, but also identify & correct the faulty movement patterns that cause them in the first place.
